Four Superfoods

Hello, Yesterday I was watching the View and they had on Dr. Lindsey who was sharing this information on these four superfoods. Being the New Year, and knowing that many of us choose to lose a couple of pounds as a New Years Resolution, I thought you would like to know about these superfoods too. I am going to try these to help me lose those last 10-20 pounds, that never seem to go away, no matter how much I try walking them off! I'll let you know if they work for me. As a nutritionist and naturopathic doctor, I firmly believe that weight loss starts with a healthy, well-rounded Alkaline Diet and exercise, but there are a few superfoods that have been studied and show that they can give you an added boost to help your weight loss efforts and help burn fat fast!
