Hi Everyone, On this Music Monday I would like to share this song by Madonna. It reminds me of Christa. From the day she was born and everyday since then she has breathed new life into my broken heart. One thing that stood out to me when I have seen her in concert is how beautifully she can sing live. I hope you enjoy it.

Little Star

Hi Everyone,
I hope you are all doing well. I am doing good. This music Monday I chose
to post the song Little Star by Madonna. I had recently mentioned it to my
friend Kat about our grandchildren and how they are like a line in the song
she sings "you breath new life into my broken heart". We both have been heart
broken by losing our parents, but when we are around our grandchildren, they
to bring you back to life in so many ways. They are full of joy, laughter and
life and they give that back to us so freely because they have yet to experience
the painful side of life. I can honestly say my daughter Christa did the same for
me when I had her. I was at a point in my life that all my friends had moved
on and went off to college and I could not. It was a lonely time for me. Christa
was a God send. I loved waking up to her everyday. Another line I love is "May
Angels protect you and sadness forget you" awe, she sings so good live. I have
seen her in concert 3 times. I just wasn't to happy with the last album, I think
she got to caught up in trying to connect with the younger crowd. I hope she
gets back to her old sound. This is also for all of you who have your own
little star.
